  • Refund available if property assessment was incorrect due to administrative error
  • No refund for penalties or interest charges
  • Refund process may take 30-60 days for verification

2.3 Building Permission & Licenses

  • Partial refund available if application withdrawn before site inspection
  • No refund after inspection has been conducted
  • Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases
  • Refund available for duplicate or excess payments

2.4 Water Connection

  • Security deposit is refundable upon disconnection
  • Connection charges are non-refundable once connection is provided
  • Refund of security deposit may take 30-45 days after disconnection

2.5 Trade License

  • Refund available if application cancelled before verification
  • No refund after license is issued
  • Annual license fees are non-refundable

3. Refund Request Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  2. Provide proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID, etc.)
  3. Clearly state the reason for requesting the refund
